Welded floor-standing distributor with removable side and rear panels, IP20, load capacity 800 kg
The new generation of the N1 RMA floor-standing distributor series uses innovative elements in the frame construction, which enable a higher load capacity of 800 kg for all sizes while maintaining the structural strength.
High structural stability
The RMA has a robust welded construction. The high quality of workmanship and the latest technologies ensure that the cabinet looks great. The double doors are fitted with plug-in hinges.
Flexible door opening
The hinge system allows the door to be opened almost 180°. The doors can be easily removed and the door stop changed.
Triton swivel lever handles
We manufacture our own swivel lever handles for floor-standing distributors. By replacing the plastic module (not included), a semi-cylindrical locking cylinder can also be used (optional accessory). Patent: PUV 2013-27443
Adjustable vertical grid rails
The vertical 19" grid rails are infinitely adjustable in the cabinet depth. This facilitates the installation of components and cable management.
Removable side and rear panels
The RMA has a welded frame and removable side panels. Like the rear panel, these are attached to the frame with keyed-alike locks as standard.
Special doors for ventilation units
For this type of distribution cabinet, a special solid sheet metal door can be ordered for the installation of RAx-CH-X0x-X3 ventilation units. For more information, see the section on active ventilation.
Break-out panels
The cable entries at the rear of the distribution cabinet are fitted with break-out blanking plates. They can be sealed against dust with a brush strip. A plastic frame protects the cables from damage (both are included in the accessory pack).
Opening for the ventilation unit
The large opening with a break-out cover allows a Triton fan plate to be installed and removed from the outside without the need for screws.
Casters, leveling feet, base
The distributor can be installed on leveling feet (included in the accessory pack), using the optional equipment for bases, casters, or heavy-duty casters with support frames if necessary.
Rear panel
The removable side and rear panels are equipped with the same keyed-alike locks as the front door as standard.
Ventilation slots in the frame
The RMA distributors have ventilation slots in the frame for cooling air supply to the installed components. Cooling can be supported by installing a ventilation unit.
Grounding
All removable parts are connected to each other and grounded in accordance with the relevant standard requirements.
Flex frame
(applies to 800 mm wide enclosures) The system allows the adjustable vertical grid rails to be installed at intervals of 19“, 21”, and 23", depending on the technology used.
Middle pair of vertical mounting rails
For enclosures with a depth of more than 800 mm, we supply a third pair of vertical mounting rails as standard, which, thanks to their open profile, do not interfere with the installation of deeper components. Shorter components can be attached to the middle vertical rails using various types of supports (optional accessories).
Swivel frame
The RMA and RZA enclosures with a width of 800 mm can be equipped with a swivel frame with a load capacity of 150 kg. The maximum installation depth for 19" accessories is 330 mm.
- 19" floor-standing distribution frame with IP20 protection
- The distribution frame includes 4 (6 for distribution frames deeper than 800 mm) adjustable vertical grid rails for installing the components.
- Distribution frame construction: welded steel construction with removable walls, single or double doors in solid sheet metal, perforated (80% and 86% air permeability) or glass door
- with 4 mm thick safety glass. They can be mounted at the front or rear of the distribution frame.
- The permissible load capacity of the individual doors is max. 20 kg.
- The minimum coating thickness is 65 µm.
- These cabinets are designed for the installation of data and telecommunications equipment and their distribution systems.
- The distribution frame and all removable parts (side and rear panels, doors, etc.) are connected with grounding cables, which must be properly fastened and plugged in throughout the entire service life of the cabinet.
- There is an M8 screw in the bottom of the distributor as the main grounding point.
- Cable entries with break-out covers are located at the top and bottom.
- The recommended maximum static load of the distribution frame is 800 kg when using leveling feet or a base.
- Material: 4 mm tempered safety glass, deep-drawn sheet steel, plastic parts, mounting material.
