Micro-USB is the smallest plug type of USB, to meet the ever-smaller devices such as smart phone, cell phone, PDA, digital camera needs. There are two connector types: Micro-A plug (rectangular form, for the host side) and Micro-B (trapezoidal design, for the device side). Micro-B plug is the most common form to which the manufacturers have agreed on mobile devices as standard.
