The InLine serial extension with a 37-pin Sub-D plug and a 37-pin Sub-D socket is designed to extend existing serial connections. Thanks to the 1:1 pin assignment, all contacts are directly connected, ensuring that the existing pin assignment is fully retained.

The extension is suitable for applications with compatible 37-pin Sub-D interfaces where longer distances need to be bridged or existing installations need to be flexibly extended. The plug-socket combination allows for easy integration into existing cabling.
